Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to process. Please check individual listings for specific timeframes.
  • If there are any unexpected delays, I will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

I ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other preferred carriers, and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped (for applicable shipping methods).
  • Please allow 24-48 hrs for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. However, if you experience any issues, please contact me, and I will do my best to assist.
  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days with photos of the damage so I can work on a resolution.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If you are in  Mobile, Al or Pascagoula, Ms, I may offer local pickup. Please contact me to arrange a pickup time.
